Board of Directors Meeting for Amreli Steels Limited Announced

Karachi: Amreli Steels Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors’ meeting on Tuesday, 29 October 2024, at Karachi to review and consider the condensed interim financial statements for the company’s performance during the period ending on 30 September 2024. The company made this announcement through a letter addressed to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a “Closed Period” has been declared by Amreli Steels Limited, effective from 22 October 2024 to 29 October 2024. This closed period will remain in effect until the announcement of the financial results on 29 October 2024. In compliance with Clause 5.6.1 of the PSX Regulations, during this closed period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is allowed to deal directly or indirectly in the shares of the company.

The company has communicated this information to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and has requested the exchange to inform the TRE Certificate Holders accordingly.
