Srinagar: The body of Tariq Ahmad Sheikh, a 28-year-old man, was discovered under mysterious circumstances in Pamposh Colony, Noorbagh, a suburb of Srinagar in the capital of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Local authorities are treating the case as a potential murder.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the deceased was identified as Tariq Ahmad Sheikh, son of Bahadur Sheikh and a resident of Parimpora, Srinagar. The body was found in Noorbagh and subsequently moved to SMHS Hospital for necessary medico-legal formalities. The police have initiated an investigation to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding Sheikh’s death.
The body is currently at SMHS Hospital where further examinations are being conducted. Local police are still investigating the incident and are working to determine the facts surrounding the suspected murder.
