The Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider Khan says a comprehensive strategy is being evolved to bring positive change in the functioning of state institutions.
Talking to different delegations in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said a Board of Investment (BoI) is being constituted to protect the foreign investors in Azad Kashmir.
He said free emergency medical services would be started in government run hospitals from 25th of this month.
