Business community expresses hope that nominated Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would overcome the economic challenges by utilizing his abilities

Lahore, May 29, 2013 (PPI-OT): Business community has expressed the hope that nominated Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would overcome the economic challenges by utilizing his best abilities.

In a joint press statement issued here Wednesday, Chairman Ferozepur Road Industrial Association Mubasher Naseer Butt, Senior Vice Chairman Shahzeb Akram and Vice Chairman Rana Khalid said that the country was passing through a critical time of history and facing a number of challenges including massive load shedding, acute gas shortage, corruption, impeded industrial growth, decline in foreign exchange reserves and deteriorating law and order situation.

They said that recent past regime was least interested in the progress and prosperity of the country and remained busy in malpractices.

They said that nominated Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and nominated Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif have the God-gifted abilities and could pull the country out of mire of crisis.

They said that motorway, Lahore Metro Bus service, laptop scheme and Danish schools were the ample proof of sincerity shown by the PML-N leadership.

They hoped that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would work on war footing to enhance power generation to keep industrial wheel moving. They urged the nominated prime minister to create consensus on Kalabagh dam, expedite work on Pak-Iran gas pipeline project and remove bureaucratic hurdles coming in the way of smooth running of businesses.
