Islamabad: The business community across the country has widely hailed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s package for the promotion of industries and exports.
According to Radio Pakistan, the sentiment was voiced by President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Atif Ikram Sheikh, at a news conference in Islamabad, where he was flanked by other representatives of the business community.
They expressed their gratitude to the Prime Minister for the reduction in electricity tariff, wheeling charges, and the mark-up rate on the export refinance scheme. They emphasized that these measures will help boost industrial growth, enhance competitiveness, and bolster exports, providing a significant lift to the nation’s economic landscape.
