CDC and JS Global Capital Join Forces to Enhance Real-Time Fund Transfers

Karachi: The Central Depository Company of Pakistan has successfully integrated JS Global Capital Limited into its RAAST Aggregator Platform, a significant step in enhancing secure and instant fund transfers for investors. This collaboration aims to advance digitalization and operational efficiency within Pakistan’s capital market.

The formal agreement was signed at a ceremony held at CDC House, attended by Badiuddin Akber, CEO of CDC, and Muhammad Khalilullah Usmani, CEO of JS Global Capital Limited. This partnership is designed to simplify the fund transfer process, allowing investors immediate access to their trading capital via a unique RAAST Investment ID in IBAN format.

Badiuddin Akber highlighted the importance of the partnership, emphasizing CDC’s commitment to digital transformation. He noted that the integration is crucial for building investor trust and enhancing the transparency of the capital market ecosystem.

Muhammad Khalilullah Usmani expressed that joining the RAAST Aggregator aligns with JS Global’s strategy of providing superior services to investors. He underscored the importance of speed and reliability in fund transfers, which this integration facilitates.

During the ceremony, CDC also introduced its Asaan Connect digital onboarding solution to the JS Global team, aimed at simplifying processes for capital market investors. Both organizations expressed a commitment to further collaboration to improve investor facilitation and market accessibility.

The inclusion of JS Global Capital Limited in the RAAST Aggregator represents CDC’s ongoing effort to integrate brokers, thereby boosting investor convenience and reinforcing trust in the market ecosystem.
