Century Insurance Company Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, August 13, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 21 August 2013 at 03:00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at Lakson Square, Building No. 2, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi in consider among other things the un-audited financial statements duly reviewed by the audited the Company for the half year ended 30 June 2013.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 13 August 2013 to 21 August 201 3 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period. You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
