Chaman Launches First-Ever Educated Youth Database to Boost Employment Opportunities

Chaman: In a pioneering move to harness local talent and enhance job prospects for young graduates, the Chaman district administration, under the guidance of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and with the support of Speaker Balochistan Assembly Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, has established the Chaman Educated Youth Database. This initiative marks the first of its kind in the history of Balochistan, aimed at cataloging the credentials of educated youth to aid both governmental and non-governmental organizations in their recruitment processes.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Chaman Athar Abbas emphasized that the database contains comprehensive information on the educational qualifications of local youth, making it a valuable resource for employers seeking skilled candidates. The Chaman Educated Youth Database is not only a step towards improving job matching but also a strategic move to ensure that the young educated population can effectively contribute to the regional development by aligning their skills with the right opportunities.

This database initiative is expected to serve as a critical tool for the economic development of Chaman, providing a structured platform for youth to connect with potential employers. Organizations are encouraged to leverage this resource to fill their manpower needs, which in turn could lead to a more dynamic local economy and reduced unemployment rates among the educated youth in the region.

The establishment of the Chaman Educated Youth Database represents a significant stride forward in the government’s ongoing efforts to empower young people and build a more robust employment framework within the province.
