Chief Commissioner Joins Community in Dengue Prevention Walk in Islamabad

Islamabad: Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Chief Commissioner of Islamabad and Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), took part in a dengue prevention awareness walk on Monday. The event, organized by the Mumkin Foundation and the District Health Office, aimed to engage various community sectors in spreading awareness and discussing preventive measures against the spread of dengue fever in the region.

According to Capital Development Authority, the awareness walk saw significant participation from the community, reflecting a collective effort to address the public health issue. During the event, Chairman Randhawa emphasized the need for rigorous preventive strategies and community cooperation to combat the dengue threat effectively. He highlighted several critical precautionary measures, such as the installation of protective nets on doors and windows and maintaining cleanliness around residential areas.
