Civil and Military Institutions Key to Peace Restoration in Balochistan: CM

Islamabad: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has affirmed the critical role that civil and military institutions are playing in restoring peace within the province. Addressing a gathering during Independence Day and Marka-e Haq celebrations in Gwadar, he expressed optimism about the future, stating that the province is on the path to lasting peace.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chief Minister Bugti underscored the necessity of establishing development plans grounded in realism and enhancing governance quality. He reiterated that the Baloch people are not engaged in any futile conflict, emphasizing the unbreakable unity of Pakistan, which he insists will remain resilient and cohesive.

The Chief Minister’s remarks highlighted the collaborative efforts of civil and military sectors in fostering stability, as well as the importance of strategic planning and governance improvements in achieving sustainable peace in Balochistan.
