CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif Seeks Report on Child’s Death in Lahore Manhole Accident

Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken notice of the death of a 3-year-old boy who fell into an open manhole at Children’s Hospital in Lahore. She has requested a report from the Secretary of Health and called for immediate legal action against those responsible.

According to Chief Minister of Punjab, the incident at the hospital has been termed a case of criminal negligence due to the presence of an open manhole. The Chief Minister extended her condolences and expressed sympathies to the bereaved family.
