Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved the E-tagging of motorcycles and vehicles to ensure security across the province. Presiding over a meeting on law and order in Lahore, she sought a plan for comprehensive security measures within seven days.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister also approved the establishment of a Punjab Cyber Crime Investigation Unit. She directed for immediate steps to procure modern drone systems, aiming to enhance the provincial security infrastructure.
