CM Punjab Directs Restoration of Digital History Museum at Minar-e-Pakistan

Lahore: Academy Award-winning filmmaker and journalist Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy called on Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Lahore today. During the meeting, the Chief Minister announced that work on the Punjab Film City is continuing. She emphasized that the project is set to become Pakistan’s first “end-to-end” media production hub, providing comprehensive facilities for film, television, digital media, visual effects, and post-production.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister also directed the Parks and Horticulture Authority to restore the Digital History Museum at Minar-e-Pakistan. Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy expressed her appreciation for the chief minister’s contributions to arts and culture and described her leadership as exemplary.
