Lahore: Colony Textile Mills Limited has announced a virtual board meeting for October 30, 2024, to discuss the financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. This meeting will leverage electronic video conference facilities to facilitate discussions among directors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a “Closed Period” has been declared from October 23, 2024, to October 30, 2024, inclusive. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade company shares directly or indirectly, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. This is a standard practice intended to prevent insider trading and ensure that all stakeholders have equal access to important financial information.

The company has advised TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange to adjust their trading activities accordingly.
