Community Involvement Key to Identifying Development Priorities

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has stated that community participation is essential for identifying basic development priorities. He made these remarks while chairing the 48th Steering Committee meeting of the SDGs Achievement Programme held in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar emphasized the importance of ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and in the best interest of the people. The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted that involving communities in the decision-making process is crucial for setting and achieving development goals aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
