COMSTECH and University of Lahore Launch Fellowship for Bangladeshi Scholars

Islamabad: COMSTECH and the University of Lahore have jointly introduced a fellowship program aimed at providing significant educational and research opportunities for Bangladeshi scholars and students. This initiative is designed to facilitate academic exchange and innovation among member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the program offers Bangladeshi nationals, aged 22 to 45 and residing globally, the chance to pursue higher education and research across various disciplines. These fields include allied health sciences, engineering and technology, pharmacy, management sciences, social sciences, and the humanities. The fellowship also extends training to technical personnel in science and technology and engineering laboratories.

The fellowship provides a comprehensive package that includes a tuition fee waiver, round-trip airfare, an honorarium, and free accommodation. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the COMSTECH and University of Lahore websites until March 1.
