In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, work on construction of one hundred and thirty-six hydropower projects is in progress in Malakand and Hazara Divisions.
Sources of Pakhtunkhwa Energy and Development Organization told Radio Pakistan Peshawar Correspondent that these projects will be completed by the end of this year.
On completion, these will help in generation of two thousand megawatt electricity and help in overcoming shortage of power in the country.
