Continuity of Policies Vital for Country’s Development: DPM

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar says strengthening of federating units is inevitable for a strong federation. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday, he said provinces were given autonomy under the 18th constitutional amendment.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Deputy Prime Minister highlighted that Pakistan is blessed with immense natural resources, with all provinces having unique strengths and potentials. He emphasized that these provincial strengths should be optimally utilized for the development of the country.

He further stated that continuity of policies and political stability are necessary for the development of the country.
