Lahore: A significant board meeting of Crescent Modaraba Management Company Limited, the manager of First Elite Capital Modaraba, is scheduled for September 27, 2024. The gathering aims to evaluate the Annual Accounts for the fiscal period that concluded on June 30, 2024, and to decide on potential entitlements.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has announced a “Closed Period” starting September 20, 2024, until the date of the meeting on September 27, 2024. During this time, stipulated under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from any dealings in Modaraba Certificates, either directly or indirectly.
