Currency Exchange Rates Adjust in Pakistan

Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan released new currency exchange rates on Tuesday, detailing adjustments in the valuation of several major currencies against the Pakistani Rupee.

According to a statement by Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the US Dollar is now being traded at Rs. 278.76 for buying and Rs. 281.04 for selling. The Euro shows a rate of Rs. 286.75 for buying and Rs. 289.62 for selling.

The British Pound has been adjusted to Rs. 344.18 for buying and Rs. 347.60 for selling. Meanwhile, the Japanese Yen stands at Rs. 1.80 for buying and Rs. 1.85 for selling.

The rates for the United Arab Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal were also updated, with the AED at Rs. 75.96 for buying and Rs. 76.54 for selling, and the SR at Rs. 74.19 for buying and Rs. 74.76 for selling.

In the interbank market, the US Dollar is being traded at Rs. 278.17 for buying and Rs. 278.37 for selling, reflecting a slight variation from the open market rates.
