Currency Exchange Rates Experience Modest Fluctuations in Pakistan

Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan has released the latest currency exchange rates, indicating minor fluctuations across major foreign currencies against the Pakistani Rupee. The announcement, communicated through their official channel, highlights the exchange rates for the U.S. Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen, United Arab Emirates Dirham, and Saudi Riyal.

The U.S. Dollar, a key benchmark in foreign exchange markets, is being traded at buying and selling rates of 281.74 and 283.12, respectively. The Euro sees a buying rate of 318.56 and a selling rate of 321.62. The British Pound, another significant currency, is recorded at 374.73 for buying and 378.18 for selling.

Meanwhile, the rates for the Japanese Yen are at 1.93 for buying and 1.97 for selling, reflecting its position in the market. The United Arab Emirates Dirham is available at a buying rate of 76.58 and a selling rate of 77.19. Similarly, the Saudi Riyal is being traded at 75.16 for buying and 75.73 for selling.

The interbank market, a critical segment for currency trading, shows the U.S. Dollar at 281.37 for buying and 281.57 for selling.

The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan continues to monitor these currency trends, offering insights into the economic interactions at play in the country’s foreign exchange market.
