Currency Exchange Rates Fluctuate in Pakistan: Interbank Rates Show Minor Changes

Karachi: Currency exchange rates in Pakistan experienced fluctuations today, according to data released by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan. The rates for major currencies, including the US dollar, euro, British pound, Japanese yen, UAE dirham, and Saudi riyal, were updated with slight variations observed.

The US dollar was reported at a buying rate of 287.39 and a selling rate of 288.60, showing a stable exchange environment. Meanwhile, the euro was recorded at 335.90 for buying and 339.00 for selling, indicating a minor shift in its valuation.

The British pound was listed with a buying rate of 387.48 and a selling rate of 391.05. The Japanese yen saw its buying value at 1.92 and selling at 1.97.

In the Middle Eastern currencies, the UAE dirham was priced at 78.39 for buying and 79.10 for selling, while the Saudi riyal stood at 76.66 for buying and 77.27 for selling.

Interbank rates showed slight adjustments, with the US dollar priced between 284.97 for buying and 285.17 for selling.

These figures reflect the current exchange rate trends as reported by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan.
