Dar Stresses Boosting Pak-Japan Ties in Trade, IT Sectors

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Japan, Abdul Hameed Bhutta, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today. The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador-designate and conveyed to him his best wishes for a successful tenure.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar emphasized the importance of further expanding Pakistan-Japan bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, IT, and industrial cooperation. He advised the ambassador to extend all possible support to the Pakistani diaspora in Japan, with a focus on enhancing consular services and ensuring the welfare of the community.
