Dar, Sugiono Discuss Current Global Developments

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Foreign Minister of Indonesia Sugiono. The two leaders took the opportunity to review the relations between Pakistan and Indonesia and exchanged views on cooperation at multilateral forums, including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

According to Radio Pakistan, the discussion also covered current global developments, with particular attention to the situations in Somalia and efforts toward achieving lasting peace in Gaza. Both leaders recognized the importance of these issues and emphasized the need for continued dialogue and collaboration.

The conversation concluded with an agreement to maintain close contact on these matters, underscoring the commitment of both nations to work together in addressing pressing international challenges.
