Dar to Attend Meeting of Regional Foreign Ministers in Riyadh

Riyadh: At the invitation of the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar is undertaking a two-day visit to Riyadh to attend a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the regional countries.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Dar will express complete support for the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and political independence of all brotherly countries in the region and call for an end to all attacks on their territory. He will reiterate Pakistan’s call for a swift end to the ongoing conflict and urge the need for a return to dialogue and diplomacy.

Ishaq Dar is also expected to highlight Pakistan’s diplomatic outreach efforts as well as its desire to continue playing a pivotal role in resolving the prevailing grave security crisis being faced by the region.
