Data Agro Limited Approves Election of Directors for Three-Year Term

Lahore: The Board of Directors of Data Agro Limited has approved the election of seven Directors for a three-year term during a meeting held on September 21, 2024.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2024, where the election will take place. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from October 22, 2024, to October 29, 2024, during which no share transfers will be accepted for registration.

This announcement is intended to inform TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about these developments.
