Delay in Kashmir settlement threat to regional peace: JKLF-R

Muzaffarabad, June 29, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front-R leader, Muhammad Shoaib Shah has said that the further delay in settlement of the Kashmir dispute is a threat to peace and prosperity of the South Asian region.

Muhammad Shoaib Shah in a statement issued in Muzaffarabad asked India and Pakistan to take practical measures to resolve the long-pending Kashmir dispute.

He said that Pak-India friendship could only last after settlement of vital issues like Kashmir. He said that India would have to give the people of Jammu and Kashmir their inalienable right to self-determination to ensure peace in the region.
