Deputy PM and UAE Delegation Discuss Investment Opportunities in Aviation Sector

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held discussions with a high-ranking delegation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), led by Amir Maghami, CEO of Shipping and Transshipment at Abu Dhabi Ports. The meeting focused on exploring investment opportunities in Pakistan, particularly in the aviation sector.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussions emphasized potential collaborations aimed at enhancing Pakistan’s aviation infrastructure and capacity. Both parties examined the opportunities available for foreign investment in the sector, with the UAE delegation expressing interest in the country’s expanding market and strategic location for international trade.

The talks also touched upon broader investment possibilities, with an eye towards strengthening economic ties between the two nations. The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted Pakistan’s openness to foreign investments and discussed potential incentives to attract more investors from the UAE.
