Deputy PM Dar Visits Bishkek to Discuss Pakistani Students’ Concerns

Islamabad, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has arrived in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on a working visit to discuss the welfare of Pakistani nationals, including students facing challenges in the region.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the visit follows an invitation from Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev, who accompanied Dar from a recent meeting in Astana, Kazakhstan. During his stay in Bishkek, Dar will meet with Kulubaev to address concerns of Pakistani students affected by recent events in the Kyrgyz Republic, including the continuation of their education. He is also scheduled to visit injured Pakistani nationals, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to ensuring their safety and educational needs are met during their stay.
