Deputy PM vows to achieve self-sufficiency in energy

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has expressed government’s unwavering commitment to support the petroleum industry and achieving energy self-sufficiency in Pakistan.

He was chairing the second meeting of the Committee constituted by the Prime Minister on Petroleum Industry Issues.

The Committee reviewed the progress on the actionable points of first meeting.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his satisfaction over the progress made so far and advised to actively pursue all the initiatives.
