Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar Attends OIC Council of Foreign Ministers Session in Jeddah

Jeddah: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has arrived in Saudi Arabia to participate in the 21st Extraordinary Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) being held at the OIC Secretariat in Jeddah.

According to Radio Pakistan, upon his arrival, Deputy Prime Minister Dar was welcomed at the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah by the Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the OIC, Ambassador Fawad Sher, along with the Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, Ahmad Farooq, and Consul General of Pakistan in Jeddah, Khalid Majid.

The Extraordinary Session aims to gather foreign ministers and senior officials from OIC member states to discuss coordinated responses to the escalating situation in Palestine. This includes addressing the ongoing Israeli military actions, proposed plans for military control over Gaza, and violations of Palestinian rights.
