Dialogue Remains Most Effective Way to Resolve All Issues: Ashrafi

Lahore: Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council, Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, has emphasized that dialogue remains the most effective method for resolving issues and disputes. During a news conference in Lahore, Ashrafi highlighted the efforts of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir government to resolve matters through peaceful means and mutual understanding.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ashrafi condemned the attack on the Combined Military Hospital Rawalakot, describing the incident as highly deplorable and unacceptable. He stressed that there could be no justification for such attacks on the country’s security institutions.

Ashrafi further stated that it is the responsibility of the state to take action against those who violate the Constitution and the law. He mentioned that Paigham-e-Pakistan, a nationally agreed document, promotes peace, tolerance, and unity. Additionally, he noted that the National Peace Committee is actively working across the country to foster harmony and stability.
