Dispensing Timely Justice is Judges’ Moral Duty: CJP

Muzaffarabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Yahya Afridi has underlined the need of using the latest technology to achieve the set targets of the judicial system. He was addressing a Judicial Conference in connection with the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Justice emphasized that dispensing timely and effective justice is not only a constitutional mandate but also a moral responsibility of the judges. He reiterated the importance of fostering innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration in building a justice system that is both transparent and equitable.

Justice Afridi’s remarks highlight the judiciary’s commitment to integrating modern technological tools to enhance judicial processes and outcomes.
