Karachi: The Board of Directors of Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, managing Dolmen City REIT (the Scheme), has declared an interim cash dividend of Re. 0.50 per unit, equating to a 5.0% rate, or an annualized 20.0%, on September 13, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this financial decision was made during their meeting in Karachi.
The designated payment of this dividend is scheduled for unit holders listed in the Scheme’s register as of September 25, 2024. The Scheme’s Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 26, 2024, to September 28, 2024, inclusively. Eligible transfers must be submitted to M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, Karachi, by the close of business on September 25 to qualify for the dividend.
