DP World and NLC Launch Feeder Service for Jebel Ali-Karachi Route

Dubai: DP World and the National Logistics Corporation (NLC) have commenced a new feeder service aimed at transporting shipping containers from Dubai’s Jebel Ali port to Karachi. The service was inaugurated by Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, the Group Chairman and CEO of DP World, marking a significant milestone in regional logistics.

According to Radio Pakistan, the launch event was attended by senior officials from DP World, NLC, and Port Qasim. The new feeder service is expected to streamline the shipping process, reducing both costs and transit times for containers moving from Jebel Ali to Karachi and beyond to global markets.

The weekly service is designed to provide faster and more reliable delivery of containers, which is anticipated to benefit the business community. This initiative is also expected to boost economic activities in the region, enhancing the efficiency of supply chains and fostering trade growth.
