DPM, Acting Afghan Interior Minister Discuss Regional Security

Kabul: A meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Acting Interior Minister of Afghanistan Sirajuddin Haqqani took place in Kabul today, coinciding with the signing ceremony for the Framework Agreement on Joint Feasibility Study of the UAP Rail Corridor.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, both officials engaged in in-depth discussions focusing on security matters and emphasized the importance of eliminating threats to regional countries.

The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the significance of addressing all issues of concern, particularly those related to security and border management, to fully realize the potential of economic cooperation and regional connectivity.
