DPM and EU High Representative Discuss Regional Developments

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with EU High Representative Kaja Kallas to discuss the latest regional developments. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to promote dialogue and diplomacy to achieve lasting peace.

According to Radio Pakistan, the EU High Representative thanked the Deputy Prime Minister for his efforts and commended Pakistan’s role in helping create space for diplomacy, including for securing the initial ceasefire between the parties. She also expressed the EU’s full support to Pakistan in this endeavour.
