DPM Calls for Continued Humanitarian Support for Gaza

Cairo: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a candid exchange with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Trkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the margins of the Gaza Peace Summit in Egypt on Monday.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Deputy Prime Minister appreciated the role of the United States and Trkiye in supporting efforts that led to the ceasefire and in advancing the shared goal of lasting peace and stability in the region.

He emphasized the importance of continued international engagement and humanitarian support for the people of Gaza and Palestine.

Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to a just and durable resolution of the Palestinian cause.
