DPM Calls for Effective Enforcement of Labour Laws

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has emphasized the need for effective enforcement of labour laws to safeguard workers’ rights. He expressed these views while chairing a meeting of the Committee on Compliance of Labour Laws in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar also called for promoting a fair labour environment to facilitate the labourers. The Committee reviewed existing labour laws, focusing on strengthening their implementation and ensuring better protection of workers across various sectors.
