DPM, Egyptian FM Discuss Regional Developments

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Foreign Minister of Egypt Dr. Badr Abdelatty have discussed regional developments. During a telephonic conversation, the two sides also discussed the need for close consultations on regional matters, including through the Regional Four (R4) Foreign Ministers, with Saudi Arabia and Trkiye.

According to Radio Pakistan, they also reviewed bilateral relations and reaffirmed the close and fraternal ties between Pakistan and Egypt. They agreed to meet on the sidelines of the forthcoming United Nations General Assembly session in New York.
