Beijing: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal have arrived in Beijing.
According to a social media post by Ishaq Dar on X, they were received at Beijing airport by Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC) Ms Sun Haiyan. The Deputy Prime Minister will later be the chief guest, on behalf of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, at the Second Pakistan-China Political Parties Forum and the 4th CPEC Political Parties Joint Consultation Mechanism, alongside Liu Haixing, Minister of the IDCPC.
The forum will bring together representatives from 12 political parties of Pakistan, including PML-N.
