DPM Reaffirms Commitment to Dialogue, Diplomacy

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to dialogue and diplomacy as the preferred path for addressing regional challenges. He expressed this resolve during a telephonic conversation with UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper today. The Foreign Secretary appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in encouraging peaceful engagement.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders reviewed the prevailing regional situation and ongoing efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability. The discussion also covered the broader implications of the situation for regional security and international trade. The two leaders agreed on the importance of continued engagement and close contact.
