DPM Reviews Plans for Modernizing Karachi Port’s Operations

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired the 2nd meeting of the committee to improve efficiency at Karachi Port The meeting was attended by Minister of Maritime Affairs, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Secretary Maritime Affairs, Finance Ministry representative, and Chairmen of Karachi Port Trust and Port Qasim Authority.

According to Radio Pakistan, the committee reviewed plans for modernizing port operations, aiming to bring Karachi Port to global standards, lower trade costs, and enhance economic benefits.
