DPM, Swiss FM Discuss Ongoing Efforts for Regional Peace

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has held a telephonic conversation with Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis welcoming the encouraging progress towards an understanding between the United States and Iran, they expressed hope that ongoing efforts would soon contribute to peace and stability in the region. Both sides agreed to remain in close contact.

According to Radio Pakistan, the conversation highlighted the importance of diplomatic engagement in addressing regional issues. The Deputy Prime Minister and the Swiss Foreign Minister acknowledged the role of international cooperation in fostering dialogue between nations.
