DPM Visiting Kabul for Trilateral FMs’ Meeting

Kabul: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar is visiting Kabul today for the 6th Trilateral Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Pakistan, China, and Afghanistan. The meeting aims to foster cooperation among the three countries, focusing on areas like trade, regional connectivity, and counter-terrorism efforts.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Deputy Prime Minister will be accompanied by Special Representative for Afghanistan, Ambassador Mohammad Sadiq, and senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visit underscores the commitment of the involved nations to strengthen their collaborative efforts in various domains crucial for regional stability and development.

In addition to the trilateral discussions, Ishaq Dar is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan. This meeting will focus on addressing bilateral matters and further strengthening the relationship between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
