Earthquake: DPM Expresses Pakistan’s Solidarity with People of Turkiye

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar has expressed Pakistan’s solidarity with the people of Turkiye as a six point one magnitude earthquake struck Balikesir province. In a post on X, he said Pakistan stood ready to extend humanitarian assistance and aid in search and rescue efforts.

According to Radio Pakistan, Senator Ishaq Dar emphasized Pakistan’s readiness to support Turkiye during this challenging time. The expression of solidarity comes as the affected region begins to assess the impact and coordinate relief efforts in response to the earthquake.
