Earthquake jolts several parts of country

An earthquake of medium intensity jolted several parts of the country including the Federal capital Islamabad.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the intensity of the earthquake was recorded 5.7 on the Richter’s Scale with 10 kilometers depth. The epicenter of the quake was Dera Ghazi Khan.

The shocks also felt in other areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
