Islamabad: AJK Election Commission has announced the results of the third phase of General Elections 2026, for the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly held in the constituencies of Poonch Division.
According to Radio Pakistan, Muzaffarabad correspondent Badshah Khan reported that Sajid Iqbal Abbasi of the Awami Dast-o-Baazo party defeated former Prime Minister Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan of the Muslim Conference in L.A.14 Bagh-I. In L.A.15 Bagh-II, Zia ul Qamar of PPP emerged victorious over former Minister Mushtaq Minhas of PML-N.
The result for L.A.16 Bagh-III is still pending and will be announced after re-polling on twelve polling stations. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore of the PPP successfully secured L.A.17 Bagh IV, defeating Mohsin Aziz of PML-N.
