ECNEC Approves Development Projects Worth Over Rs117bn

Islamabad: The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council has approved key development projects worth over 117 billion rupees. The approval was granted at a meeting of the ECNEC, which convened in Islamabad today with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar presiding over the session.

According to Radio Pakistan, the approvals included the extension of the ‘Sehat Sahulat Program’ up to 30 July this year, alongside major initiatives in energy, infrastructure, and transportation sectors. These projects aim to promote socio-economic development and improve service delivery across the nation. Ishaq Dar emphasized the importance of proper planning, implementation, and sustainability, directing the relevant ministries to ensure these aspects are maintained throughout the execution of these initiatives.
