Lahore: Election Commission of Pakistan has announced the schedule for Senate by-elections on vacant seats of Professor Sajid Mir and Sania Nishtar. Polling for the seat vacated after the passing of Senator Prof. Sajid Mir will now be held on 21st of this month at the Punjab Assembly.
According to Radio Pakistan, the seat vacated by Ms. Sania Nishtar will be contested on 31st of this month in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
